FEES 2024

APPLICABLE TO SALES OF REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS

Price greater than 600.000 € : 5% TTC of the sale price.

Price less than 600.000 € : 6% TTC of the sale price.

Building land : 8% TTC of the sale price.

TTC means : VAT included.

APPLICABLE TO SALES IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE

Offices, commercial premises : 5% HT of the sale price.

HT means : VAT not included.

The fees are the responsibility of the buyer or the seller according to the terms of the mandate entrusted to IWALIOR Group and include a VAT at 20% ( the pourcentage of the VAT ( 20 % ) is a legal constraint in France ).

IWALIORA is the department specialized in luxury of IWALIOR Group, all mandates are legally signed with IWALIOR Group.

.2. insured by the insurer : Liberty Specialty Markets Europe, 42, rue Washington, 75008 Paris, with territorial coverage for activities carried out from metropolitan France, as well as for Martinique, Guadeloupe and Reunion Island and with the exception of the USA and Canada, represented by Mrs ISABELLE LARGENTON, in her capacity as President of IWALIOR Group registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register with the siren number 894 612 605 and whose registered office is at 97, rue de la Tombe Issoire, 75014 Paris.

As the IWALIOR Group is a holder of the professional real estate agent card with the CCI of Paris Ile de France with the number CPI 75012022000000592 and as this professionnal real estate agent card is for : Transactions in Real Estate and Business Assets, without holding funds, in compliance with Law n° 70-9 of 02 01 1970, known as the Hoguet Law, and Decree n° 72-678 of 20 07 1972 ( available at https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr ) IWALIOR Group is not subject to the obligation of a financial guarantee for the holding of funds. However, the IWALIOR Group has a range of very high security insurance while ensuring secure and prudent risk management.

The IWALIOR Group does not receive or hold any other funds, values or effects other than those representative of its commission or remuneration with regard to its activity as a real estate agency in France.
